When you lose body does it happen all over the body equally or to certain parts more than others?
Reason i ask is i have been on a diet and have noticed a big change all over my body and im a lot thinner all other my body. I have also noticed though that my breasts have gone really small and are half the size due to the amount of fat ive lost on my upper body. My thighs and buttocks are starting to go now slowly but gradual.

I gain weight on my stomach mostly but no matter how much I lose I can never flatten it.
When I first start losing weight it is more noticeable on my face, upper arms and chest.
You lose fat all over but where you lose it fastest/the most depends on what exercise you’re doing, how much muscle and fat you have in different areas, body shape and stuff like that.
