Oregano oil – the most powerful natural antibiotic
British researchers compared the action of oregano oil with the action of the most popular 18 antibiotics. It turned out that the high content of carvacrol works better than antibiotics, destroying bacteria resistant to some antibiotics.
Carvacrol from oregano oil works in the entire body and can be used both internally and externally. Carvacrol inhibits bacterial growth, spread of Gold Staphylococcus especially in the lung and facial (acne) in parallel with antibacterial, mucolytic and expectorant effect.
Internal use of oregano oil:
It is administrated against viruses and parasites of any kind, bacteria including Candida, Giardia duodenalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella enterica, and Staphylococcus aureus. It is also useful in: Urinary Tract infections and prostatitis. It can be also managed to avoid post operatively infection especially with Gold Staphylococcus (which can be deadly). Is indicated in pulmonary infections, persistent cough and sore throat.
Are administrated 5 drops, 3-5 times per day, under the tongue or dissolved in water or in a teaspoon mixed with a little honey or juice. Hold briefly in the mouth then swallow. Immediately after administration, breathe deeply a few times to breathe vapors of oregano.
For lung or sinus infections besides sublingual administration, inhalations are efficient: Boil water in a bowl and put a few drops in hot water. Approach to the bowl with water and oregano oil, place a towel over your head and draw deeply the vapors emanating from hot water. You can also use a vaporizer.
For herpes is administered under the tongue 3-5 drops, followed by 2-3 drops every hour for 9 hours each day. In addition, applied locally in the affected area 2-3 drops of oregano oil, 2-3 times daily.
External use of oregano oil:
Oregano oil can be used externally by applying to the affected area 2-3 times per day:
Skin: For stings, infections, boils, acne, psoriasis, warts, skin irritations, fungal infections: Apply a few drops of oregano and rub the affected area until well absorbed into the skin. Add a few drops of oil into bath soap or shower gel. You can add in the liquid soap for hands. In case of skin wounds, warts, boils or acne applies oil to saturation and rub well into the skin. In case of injury or furunculosis cover with a plaster.
For teeth and gums disinfection and total disinfection of the mouth, to treat or prevent parodontitis: Place a few drops of oregano oil on your toothbrush instead of toothpaste and rub the teeth. In case of infection in the gums rub a few drops.
Hair: In case of scalp with a fungus infection or in case of dandruff and other scalp irritation, add a few drops in shampoo hair before washing. Leave on hair shampoo thus prepared for a few minutes, then rinse.
Herpes: 1-3 drops in the affected area 2-3 times per day.
Aromatherapy: Due to pleasant and insightful smell, but also due to countless beneficial properties, few drops of oregano oil in an evaporator purify the air of viruses, bacteria, etc.
Feet: This fungus (mushrooms) cause injury to the foot (athlete’s foot), especially between the toes, and foot damage in parallel with a very unpleasant smell. Apply and distribute a few drops of oregano oil between your fingers and nails.
Intimate hygiene: A few drops of oregano oil in hot water sitz bath helps to eliminate problems related to a wide range of fungi (including yeast).
